3 Cheese Ravioli
- Prepare the Dough:

- Make the Filling:
- In a separate bowl, mix ricotta, Gruyere, Parmesan, eggs, and parsley.

- Divide the dough into 2 equal portions. Using a rolling pin, roll each portion into a large, thin rectangle.
