Authentic Kentucky Bourbon Balls
- Mix Dry Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, combine 2 cups crushed vanilla wafer crumbs, 1 cup chopped pecans, 1 cup powdered sugar, and 1/4 cup cocoa powder. Stir well to blend.
- Prepare Bourbon Mixture:
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup bourbon and 1/4 cup corn syrup until combined.
- Combine and Chill:
- Pour the bourbon mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir thoroughly until evenly blended.

- Shape and Coat:
