Avocado Tomato & Mozzarella Panini
- Assemble the Sandwiches:
- On 4 slices of bread, layer the mozzarella, followed by tomato slices, avocado slices, and then another layer of mozzarella. Top with the remaining 4 slices of bread to form sandwiches.
- Butter the Bread:
- Spread a little butter on the outer sides of each sandwich to give them that golden, crispy finish.
- Grill:
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the sandwiches in the skillet and grill until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning!
