Baked Apple Pancake
- Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Spray a skillet with non-stick spray (like Pam) and set it aside. - Prepare Apple Filling:
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add apple slices and sauté until tender. Stir in sugar, cinnamon, nuts, and raisins, making sure the apples are well coated. Remove from heat and set aside. - Make the Batter:
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and set it aside to cool.
