Baked Oatmeal with Dried Cranberries
Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine the Dry Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients (oats, dried cranberries, and any additional mix-ins) until well combined.
Prepare the Liquid Ingredients:
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the liquid ingredients (milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and sweetener of choice).
Mix the Batter:
- Pour the liquid ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients.
- Stir well until everything is evenly combined.
Prepare the Pan:
- Lightly spray a baking dish or pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Note: A smaller pan will yield thicker oatmeal bars.
