Beef Teriyaki Stir Fry

  • Prepare the Sauce:
    • Whisk the teriyaki sauce ingredients together in a small bowl.
    • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to meld the flavors.
  • Cook the Beef:
    • Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
    • Add the beef and sauté for 3-4 minutes, just until browned on all sides.
    • Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
  • Sauté the Vegetables:
    • In the same pan, add the vegetables and sauté for 5 minutes, or until they begin to soften.
  • Combine and Simmer:

    • Stir the cornstarch slurry into the pan and allow the mixture to simmer for 2 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.
  • Serve:
    • Toss the beef and vegetables to evenly coat with the teriyaki sauce.
