Blue Cheese and Mushroom Turkey Burger
- Prepare the Burger Mixture
- In a large bowl, mix all your burger ingredients together until well combined.
- Form the mixture into evenly sized patties.
- Cook the Burgers
- Preheat your grill or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Place the patties on the grill or in the frying pan.
- Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip the burgers and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until they are cooked through.
- Add the Blue Cheese
- Once the burgers are fully cooked, place a small amount of blue cheese on top of each patty.
- If grilling, close the grill lid and let the cheese melt for 1-2 minutes.
- If pan-frying, cover the frying pan with a lid to help the cheese melt evenly.
- Serve
- Once the cheese has melted, remove the burgers from the grill or pan.
- Serve immediately on buns with your favorite toppings.
