Blue Cheese Burgers
- Prepare the Burger Patties:
- In a large bowl, combine the chuck, sirloin, bread crumbs, steak sauce, eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Gently mix with a fork until just combined (avoid over-mixing).
- Form Patties:
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
- Cook the Patties:
- Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

- Toast the Buns:
