Place the seasoned roast into the slow cooker, adding 1/2 cup of water around it. - Cook on Low:
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, until the roast is tender. - Make the Glaze (1 Hour Before Serving):
About an hour before the roast is done, combine glaze ingredients in a small saucepan. Heat over medium, stirring until the mixture thickens. - Glaze the Roast:
Brush the roast with the glaze 2-3 times during the last hour of cooking. - Serve:
