Cheese and Leek Strata

  • Preheat the Oven:

  • Prepare the Egg Mixture:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, beer, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

    • Sprinkle half of the leeks and half of the bell pepper over the bread.
