Cheese and Leek Strata
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Egg Mixture:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, beer, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Beat well until all ingredients are thoroughly blended.
- Layer the Ingredients:
- Grease a 2.5-quart round baking dish.
- Place half of the bread cubes in the bottom of the dish.
- Sprinkle half of the leeks and half of the bell pepper over the bread.
- Top with half of the Swiss cheese and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Repeat the layering process with the remaining ingredients, finishing with a layer of cheddar cheese on top.

- Pour the prepared egg mixture evenly over the layered bread and vegetables, ensuring all pieces are coated.
