Chimichurri
- Mix the Herbs and Garlic:
- In a medium mixing bowl, add parsley, cilantro, and garlic. Toss to combine.
- Add Seasonings:
- Stir in the vinegar, salt, red pepper, and black pepper until everything is evenly mixed.
- Finish with Olive Oil:
- Pour in the olive oil and mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Let It Rest:
- Allow the sauce to sit for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
This fresh, zesty sauce is fantastic on steak, and it’s equally delicious on pork and chicken!
