- Prepare Almonds:
- Preheat the oven to 160°C (325°F). In a medium bowl, combine the chopped almonds with Worcestershire sauce, cayenne, and sea salt, mixing until almonds are well coated.
- Roast Almonds:
- Spread the seasoned almonds evenly on a baking sheet. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even roasting. Remove from the oven and allow the almonds to cool completely.
- Melt Chocolate:
- While the almonds cool, melt the chocolate using a double boiler or by microwaving in 15-second intervals, stirring between intervals to prevent burning. Melt until smooth and glossy.
- Combine and Spread:
- Once the almonds are cool, fold them into the melted chocolate. Pour and spread the mixture evenly into an 8×8-inch pan lined with wax paper.
- Finish and Set:
- Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the top for added flavor. Let the chocolate cool and set completely at room temperature or refrigerate for faster setting.
- Break and Serve:
- Once fully set, break the chocolate almond bark into bite-size pieces.
