Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
- Make the Dough:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine vegetable oil, sugar, and vanilla extract, stirring until well mixed.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
- Stir in the cocoa powder until smooth.
- Gradually add the flour and baking powder, mixing until the dough is smooth and no lumps remain.
- Chill the Dough:
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours (or overnight, if possible).
- Prepare to Bake:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a nonstick silicone baking mat.
- Shape and Coat the Cookies:
