Classic Wedge Salad

  • Cook the Bacon
    • In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Once cooked, transfer the bacon to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess grease. Allow it to cool, then crumble into bite-sized pieces.
  • Prepare the Dressing
    • In a small bowl, mix your chosen dressing ingredients together. Set aside to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Slice the Vegetables
    • Halve the grape tomatoes and thinly slice the scallions. Set both aside.
  • Prepare the Lettuce
