Combine the Ingredients:

  • Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients. Stir with a wooden spoon until combined. You can also use your hands to mix if preferred, but avoid using a mixer, as the batter will be very thick.

Prepare the Baking Sheets:

  • Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Using a large spoon or an ice cream scooper, scoop the batter onto the prepared baking sheets.

Bake the Macaroons:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Bake the macaroons for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown and toasty looking.

Add the Chocolate Drizzle:

  • Once baked, drizzle melted semi-sweet chocolate over the macaroons, or dip the macaroons in a chocolate/baker’s chocolate mix for a more indulgent option.
