Corn Salsa

  • Prepare the Salsa:
    • In a bowl, combine all of the following ingredients: fresh corn, diced tomatoes, chopped onions, cilantro, and any additional ingredients you’re using (such as peppers or lime juice).
  • Make the Dressing:
    • In a separate bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the dressing. This may include olive oil, vinegar, lime juice, salt, pepper, and any other seasonings you prefer.
  • Combine and Toss:
    • Pour the dressing over the salsa mixture and toss everything together until well combined.
  • Chill and Serve:
    • Refrigerate the salsa for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld. Serve chilled as a refreshing side or dip. Enjoy!
