Crock Pot Boneless Beef Ribs
- Prepare the Coating
- In a large zip-top bag, combine the flour, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Coat the Ribs
- Add the ribs to the bag in batches, sealing the bag and shaking to coat the ribs evenly.
- Brown the Ribs
- In a large frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the coated ribs and brown them on all sides. Once browned, transfer the ribs to the bottom of a 5-quart crock pot.
- Make the Sauce
- In the same frying pan, combine the remaining ingredients and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Once boiling, pour the sauce over the ribs in the crock pot.
- Slow Cook
- Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 10-12 hours, or until the meat is tender and falling off the bone.
- Serve
- Serve the hot ribs over a bed of mashed potatoes and ladle some of the sauce over the top for extra flavor.
