Crockpot Chicken and Dumplings

  • Start Cooking Chicken:
    • Place the chicken in the crock pot.
    • Add butter, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, diced onion, and parsley over the chicken.
  • Cook:
    • Cover and cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 8-10 hours, until the chicken is tender.
  • Add Biscuits:
    • About 30 minutes before the cooking time is up, cut biscuits into 9 pieces each.
    • Gently stir the biscuit pieces into the crock pot to coat them in the sauce.
  • Finish Cooking:
    • Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes, until the biscuits are cooked through.
  • Serve:
    • Spoon the creamy chicken and biscuits onto plates, and enjoy a cozy meal!
