Crockpot Chicken and Dumplings
- Start Cooking Chicken:
- Place the chicken in the crock pot.
- Add butter, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, diced onion, and parsley over the chicken.
- Cook:
- Cover and cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 8-10 hours, until the chicken is tender.
- Add Biscuits:
- About 30 minutes before the cooking time is up, cut biscuits into 9 pieces each.
- Gently stir the biscuit pieces into the crock pot to coat them in the sauce.
- Finish Cooking:
- Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes, until the biscuits are cooked through.
- Serve:
- Spoon the creamy chicken and biscuits onto plates, and enjoy a cozy meal!
