Delicious Sausage & Peppers
- Bake the Sausages:
- Preheat your oven according to the sausage packaging instructions. Bake the sausages until fully cooked, then set aside to cool slightly before slicing them lengthwise.
- Sauté the Vegetables:
- In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
- Stir in the sliced onions, minced garlic, and chopped parsley, and continue to sauté for another 2-3 minutes until the onions are translucent.
- Combine Ingredients:

- Season and Serve:
