Delicious Sausage & Peppers

  • Bake the Sausages:
    • Preheat your oven according to the sausage packaging instructions. Bake the sausages until fully cooked, then set aside to cool slightly before slicing them lengthwise.
  • Sauté the Vegetables:
    • In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat.
    • Add the sliced bell peppers and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
    • Stir in the sliced onions, minced garlic, and chopped parsley, and continue to sauté for another 2-3 minutes until the onions are translucent.
  • Combine Ingredients:
    • Add the sliced sausages to the pan with the peppers and onions.
    • Stir in the salsa, tossing everything together to combine well.
  • Season and Serve:
    • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm, and enjoy your delicious sausage and pepper sauté!

Tip:

  • For an extra kick, consider adding red pepper flakes or your favorite hot sauce to the sauté!
