Double Chocolate Milo Pancakes

0.25teaspoon baking powder | |
1.5tablespoons butter melted | |
1.5tablespoons milo chocolate malt powder | |
2tablespoons milo chocolate malt powder | |
1 egg | |
0.5cup flour | |
0.25cup liquid milk canned, (I used almond but you can use any) | |
1handful peanuts | |
1pinch salt | |
1tablespoon sugar | |
2tablespoons sugar | |
1tablespoon vegetable oil | |
0.5cup water |
Directions

Mix the batter
In a bowl, combine your dry ingredients and wet ingredients (excluding the peanuts) until smooth and well blended.

Fry the pancakes
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan over low to medium heat. Using a small spoon, scoop out the batter and form little circles in the pan. Fry until golden brown on both sides, then set the pancakes aside.

Make the Milo sauce
In a small pan, mix the Milo, sugar, and water. Bring it to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens into a syrupy sauce. Once ready, pour it into a bowl and let it cool.

Prepare the peanuts
Crush your peanuts and set them aside for topping.

Assemble the pancakes
Take a tiny scoop of the cooled Milo sauce and smear it over each pancake. Sprinkle crushed peanuts on top for a nice crunch.
