Directions

Heat the Oil
In a large pot, gently heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Avoid letting it smoke.

Add 1 diced onion, 1 bell pepper, 4 cloves minced garlic, and 2 jalapenos (seeded and chopped). Sauté for about 5 minutes, until softened.
