Endive Appetizer with Blue Cheese, Dried Cranberries and Walnuts
- Toast the Walnuts:
- Place walnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat.

- Arrange the Platters:
- On one platter, arrange apple slices.
- On another platter, arrange the endive leaves.
