Goat Cheese, Fig And Proscuitto Crostini
- Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Assemble the Crackers
- Spread 1 teaspoon of fig jam on each cracker.
- Place a small piece of prosciutto on top of the fig jam.
- Slice the goat cheese and place one slice on each cracker.
- Bake
- Arrange the assembled crackers on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges of the cheese start to brown.
- Finish and Serve
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with freshly cracked white pepper for a finishing touch.
