  1. Prepare the Cake Batter:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine all cake ingredients until well blended.
  2. Prepare the Baking Pan:
    • Spray a 9×13-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Assemble the Cake:
