Great Greek Salad
- Prepare the Salad Base:

- Drizzle in the reserved sun-dried tomato oil and vinegar. Season with salt, pepper, and any additional herbs or spices you desire. Toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
- Chill the Salad:
- Cover the salad and refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Add Feta Before Serving:
- Just before serving, gently toss in the crumbled feta cheese. Stir to combine without breaking the feta too much.
