Green Tea Fruit Medley Smoothie

Prepare the Green Tea:

  • Steep 3 Bigelow Green Tea bags in 1 cup of boiling water for 5 minutes.
  • After steeping, squeeze out the tea bags to release all the flavor, then discard the bags.

Blend the Smoothie:

  • In a blender, combine the brewed green tea with the remaining ingredients (fruit, yogurt, honey, etc.).
  • Blend until smooth and well combined.

Serve:

  • Pour into a glass and enjoy your refreshing, nutritious smoothie!
