Homemade Chewy Granola Bars

  • Prepare the Pan:
    • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan and set aside.
  • Mix Ingredients:
    • In a large bowl, combine the brown sugar, peanut butter, corn syrup, melted butter, and vanilla. Stir until well blended.
    • Add the remaining ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.
  • Press and Bake:
    • Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the top is lightly golden brown.
