Honey Ginger Lemon Iced Tea
- Brew the Tea
- Boil 1–2 cups of water, add your tea bag or loose-leaf tea, and let it steep for a few minutes.
- Remove the tea bag (or strain the leaves) and place the tea in the fridge to cool completely.
- Prepare the Ginger Juice
- Blend fresh ginger until smooth, then pour the mixture through a sieve to extract just the juice.
- Combine Ingredients
- In a large jug filled with ice, mix the cooled tea, ginger juice, lemon juice, and honey. Stir until well-combined.
- Add Mint and Serve
- Add fresh mint leaves to the jug and give it a final stir.
- Pour into glasses and serve cold. Enjoy!
