Marinated Flat Iron Steak
- Prepare the Steak:

- Add the steak to the marinade, ensuring it’s fully coated. Seal the bag or cover the pan and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or longer for more flavor).
- Prepare the BBQ:
- Preheat the BBQ to high heat.
- Grill the Steaks:
- Once the grill reaches the desired temperature, add the steaks. Cover the grill and cook for 3 minutes on one side.
- Flip the steaks and cook for an additional 3 minutes on the other side, or until they reach your preferred level of doneness.
- Serve:
- Remove the steaks from the grill, let them rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve!
