(No Bake) Cinnamon Butterscotch Energy Bites
- Prepare the Oats:
- Grind 1 cup of oats in a blender until finely ground.
- Combine Dry Ingredients:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine:
- Cereal
- Whole oats
- Ground oats
- Protein powder
- Ground flax
- In a large mixing bowl, combine:
- Prepare the Liquid Mixture:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, mix together:
- Brown sugar
- Peanut butter
- Honey
- Heat the mixture in the microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring intermittently, until melted and smooth.

- Pour the melted liquid mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients.
- Stir well until fully combined.
- Chill the Mixture:
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

- Roll the mixture into balls of your desired size.
