Peanut Butter, Banana & Chocolate Chip Muffins
Prepare the Dry Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon until fully combined. Set aside.
Prepare the Wet Ingredients:
- In a food processor, combine the bananas, yogurt, milk, peanut butter, egg, oil, and vanilla. Pulse until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Muffin Batter:
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently fold until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
Prepare for Baking:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray or line with paper liners.
Fill the Muffin Tin:
- Spoon the muffin batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup to the top.
Bake:
