Peppermint White Chocolate Fudge
- Prepare the Pan:
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with plastic wrap or wax paper for easy removal.
- Melt the Chocolate:
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, microwave white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each session, until smooth and melted.
- Add Frosting and Flavoring:
- Stir in a container of vanilla frosting until well combined.
- Add a few drops of peppermint flavoring and mix thoroughly. If needed, microwave for an additional 10 seconds to keep the mixture pourable.
- Pour and Swirl:
- Pour the fudge mixture into the lined pan.
- Place 6-8 drops of red food coloring on the surface of the warm fudge. Use a toothpick or knife to swirl the color into a festive pattern.
