Satay Beef Balls
- Preheat the Oven:
- Set your oven to 190°C (375°F) so it’s hot and ready to go!
- Mix the Ingredients:
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients. Stir and mix well in one direction until everything is nicely incorporated, then form the mixture into ball shapes.
- Prepare the Baking Tray:
- Lightly spray a baking tray or pan with non-stick spray to prevent the meatballs from sticking.
- Arrange the Meatballs:
- Place the meatballs on the greased baking tray, making sure they have a little space between them for even cooking.
- Bake:
- Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes. Give the pan a little shake halfway through to help them cook evenly on all sides.
- Check for Doneness:
- Continue baking until the meatballs are golden brown and the insides are no longer pink.
- Serve:
- Serve your satay meatballs with chili sauce or sweet chili dipping sauce for a tasty finish!
Tips:
- Feel free to swap out the meat for pork or chicken mince for a different twist!
