Satay Beef Balls

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Set your oven to 190°C (375°F) so it’s hot and ready to go!
  2. Mix the Ingredients:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients. Stir and mix well in one direction until everything is nicely incorporated, then form the mixture into ball shapes.
  3. Prepare the Baking Tray:
    • Lightly spray a baking tray or pan with non-stick spray to prevent the meatballs from sticking.
  4. Arrange the Meatballs:
    • Place the meatballs on the greased baking tray, making sure they have a little space between them for even cooking.
  5. Bake:
    • Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes. Give the pan a little shake halfway through to help them cook evenly on all sides.
  6. Check for Doneness:
    • Continue baking until the meatballs are golden brown and the insides are no longer pink.
  7. Serve:
    • Serve your satay meatballs with chili sauce or sweet chili dipping sauce for a tasty finish!

Tips:

  • Feel free to swap out the meat for pork or chicken mince for a different twist!
