Simple Protein Pancakes

  • Prepare the Batter:
    • Gather all your ingredients, including the Premier Protein powder, and place them in a blender.
    • Blend for about 1 minute until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
    • Once blended, set the mixture aside for a few minutes to thicken.
  • Heat the Skillet:
    • Preheat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Let it get very hot before pouring the batter.
  • Cook the Pancakes:
    • Pour small amounts of batter onto the hot skillet to form pancakes.
    • Wait until bubbles form around the edges and the edges turn a light golden brown (about 2 minutes) before flipping.
    • Flip the pancakes and cook for another 1-2 minutes until both sides are golden and cooked through.
  • Serve:
    • Once all pancakes are done, stack them up and top with your favorite toppings. Drizzle with maple syrup for extra sweetness.
