- Gradually add mineral water to the mixture, stirring continuously, until the batter reaches a thin, pourable consistency.
- Incorporate Cottage Cheese:
- Gently fold in the cottage cheese, ensuring it is evenly distributed throughout the batter.
- Bake the Corn Bread:
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the proja is golden and fully set.
- To check if it’s done, insert a toothpick into the center. If it comes out clean, the proja is ready.
- Cool and Serve:
- Remove the pan from the oven and allow the proja to cool slightly before slicing.
