Stir Fried Cabbage and Tomatoes
- Prep the Vegetables:
- Coarsely shred the cabbage, rinse thoroughly, and drain well. Set aside.
- Rinse the tomatoes, dice them, and set aside.
- Cook the Cabbage:
- Heat a wok over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
- Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the cabbage to the wok and stir-fry until it softens, adding a splash of water if needed to help it cook down.
- Add Tomatoes and Seasoning:
- Once the cabbage is tender, add the diced tomatoes and your choice of seasoning (salt, pepper, or soy sauce).
- Add 2-3 tablespoons of water and stir-fry everything together to combine the flavors.
- Serve:
