Stuffed Salmon with Tomato-Olive Tapenade
- Prep the Oven and Salmon:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly pound the salmon fillets to an even thickness. Rub each fillet with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh or dried dill.
- Make the Filling:
