Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

1. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes. Place them in a large pot and add enough water to cover them. | 2. Bring the water to a boil. Reduce the heat and let the sweet potatoes gently boil until fork-tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
