    • Wash the broccoli thoroughly and cut it into bite-sized florets.
  • Blanch the broccoli:
    • Fill a large pan with water and bring it to a boil over high heat.

    • After 2 minutes, immediately transfer the broccoli to the ice water to stop the cooking and keep that bright green color.
  • Wash the tomatoes:
    • Rinse the cherry or grape tomatoes and set them aside.
  • Prepare the dip:
    • In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the dip, then cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to let the flavors develop.
  • Assemble the wreath:
    • Take a large white plate and place a ramekin in the center for the dip.
    • Arrange the broccoli florets in a circular pattern around the ramekin, creating a wreath shape.
    • Tuck the tomatoes in among the broccoli for a pop of color.
  • Add cheese stars and a ribbon:
    • Use a star-shaped cookie cutter to cut stars out of cheese slices, and place them around the broccoli wreath.
    • Cut the red pepper into pieces that resemble a ribbon, and place them on the wreath for a festive touch.
  • Serve:
    • Fill the ramekin with the chilled dip, place it in the center of the wreath, and enjoy. Buon appetito!
