Watercress Salad with Miso-Lime Dressing

  1. Prepare the Dressing and Salad Mix:
    • In a large bowl, toss together all the salad ingredients (except for the watercress).
    • Add the Miso-Lime Dressing to the mixture and toss until well-coated.
  2. Assemble the Salad:
    • Divide the fresh watercress evenly between 4 plates.
    • Top each plate with an equal portion of the dressed salad mix, making sure to spread the ingredients evenly.
