Watercress Salad with Miso-Lime Dressing
- Prepare the Dressing and Salad Mix:
- In a large bowl, toss together all the salad ingredients (except for the watercress).
- Add the Miso-Lime Dressing to the mixture and toss until well-coated.
- Assemble the Salad:
- Divide the fresh watercress evenly between 4 plates.
- Top each plate with an equal portion of the dressed salad mix, making sure to spread the ingredients evenly.
